Certain services are not on the fee schedule of all our in-network payers and it’s best to reach out to us with any questions about your insurance coverage. We also accept self-pay and income-based funding options for Allegheny County residents.

Many commercial insurance providers may deny a claim for a level of care assessment if you do not meet the criteria for a drug and alcohol diagnosis. In such cases, you would be responsible for the cost, and self-pay assessment rates would apply.
