Vivitrol
Jade Wellness Center has been providing Vivitol since 2011.Vivitrol (naltrexone) blocks the effects of narcotic medicines and alcohol.
Vivitrol is used to treat addiction to alcohol or narcotic drugs. It is also used to prevent narcotic addiction relapse. It is used along with a complete management program.
What is Vivitrol?

Who can take Vivitrol?
To begin using vivitrol, one must be free of opiates for 4-10 days.We can help get you through this time with our ambulatory detox program.

Suboxone Program
Suboxone, a FDA approved prescription medication used to treat opioid dependence.
EVALUATION:
What makes JADE Wellness Center’s Suboxone Program unique? JADE Wellness Center takes the time to get to know the individual entering treatment. Each and every client wishing to enter the Suboxone program shall be evaluated by a licensed clinician who will determine appropriateness for said medication.
INDUCTION:
Following therapeutic evaluation the individual will be scheduled for an appointment with a JADE physician and registered nurse. All JADE medical staff are well versed and specialize in addiction treatment. JADE Wellness Center works with each new client individually to find the appropriate medication and dose that best works for them. we do not believe in one-size-fits-all. JADE Wellness Center performs a history and physical on all new patients.
MAINTENANCE
JADE Wellness Center understands each individuals relationship with medication assisted treatment shall vary. That is why JADE offers numerous levels of care to meet you where you are at. While our end goal for each individual is abstinence, there is no timeframe for how long someone should be on Suboxone. JADE has devised numerous step down models of therapy that will work with the client as they progress through the treatment experience.
Sublocade
Sublocade is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with moderate to severe addiction (dependence) to opioid drugs (prescriptions or illegal) who:
- Have received treatment with an oral transmucosal (used under the tounge or inside cheek) Buprenorphine- containing medicine for 7 days and
- Are taking a dose that controls withdrawal symptoms for at least seven days.
- SUBLOCADE is part of a complete treatment plan that should include counseling.
*Its safety or effectiveness in children is unknown.
Sublocade must be approved by your insurance provider and shipped to one of the JADE Wellness Center offices in which your Doctor resides. Sublocade will be received as a subcutaneous injection under the skin of your stomach (abdomen). Sublocade is injected as a liquid. After the injection Sublocade changes to a solid form called a depot. You should never rub, massage, or try to remove the injection. Sublocade is to be received monthly (at least 26 days between doses).
